The retreat shares the high quality of the timeless otherworldly serenity of the sunbaked rocky landscape. The 800 m² single level main building is located at the foot of a red stone hill in a landscape where olive trees cast craggy shadows across a landscape of red stone and earth.

The architectural approach of the interiors is a combination of Greek traditional elements and innovation.  The division of spaces through freestanding floor to ceiling see-through wooden slat partitions allows for the smooth transition between outdoors and inner spaces and references the architecture of the 50’s. The hotel interiors provide a combination of radical simplicity and friendly, warm atmosphere. The aim was to create an environment of total elegance using simple lines and discreet color contrasts to achieve a zen atmosphere.
